Workplace Support Hub is neurodivergent-led, professionally grounded, and built on decades of experience in education, training and workplace support. We understand the realities of working life — not just from textbooks or theory, but because we’ve lived it, taught it, and supported others through it, over many years.

Our team brings together deep specialist knowledge in neurodiversity, adult learning, assistive technology, and workplace strategy. We’ve worked across schools, colleges, universities and employment settings, supporting thousands of learners and professionals to understand their strengths and work with their challenges.

We are all highly qualified and experienced in what we do, but we also bring something more — a genuine understanding of what it means to work, study and succeed while navigating the world as a neurodivergent person. We know the mental load, the self-doubt, the executive functioning chaos. We also know the relief of finding the right tools, the power of the right support, and the confidence that grows when someone finally understands what you need.

That’s what we offer here: structured, inclusive, practical support for people who think differently. Our approach is kind but clear. It’s empathetic, but also focused and informed. We use strategies rooted in research, tested in real life, and tailored to the individual.

We don’t believe in fixing people. We believe in removing barriers. We help people find ways to work that actually work for them — and we support employers, educators and organisations to do the same.

Whether you’re seeking help through Access to Work, looking for support with workplace focus, or trying to build systems that are truly inclusive, we’re here to help. And we’re ready when you are.
