Our specialist mentoring offers practical, personalised support for autistic and ADHD professionals navigating the demands of modern workplaces.

We understand that success at work isn't just about technical skills, it's about managing executive functioning, sustaining energy, communicating needs effectively, and finding ways to work that align with your natural strengths.

Beyond Technical Skills: Customised, Guided, and Flexible Support

Our Mentors

Our mentors are not only highly qualified but also bring lived experience of neurodivergence, offering an approach that is empathetic, strengths-based and grounded in real-world understanding.

Body doubling and Co-Working Space

Our live, online body doubling rooms offer a calm, structured space to get things done alongside others. Whether you’re answering emails, writing reports, or trying to start a task you’ve been avoiding, these sessions create gentle accountability without pressure.

Simply having others present — even virtually — can reduce task paralysis, make it easier to start, and help sustain attention. Many neurodivergent professionals find that coworking like this helps lower stress, ease procrastination, and bring structure to the workday in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.

Body doubling is particularly effective for people with ADHD and executive functioning challenges.

Resource Library and Digital Toolkits

All Workplace Support Hub subscribers and service users get access to our growing digital library — a collection of practical, neurodivergent-friendly resources designed to support focus, wellbeing, and executive functioning in the workplace.

The library includes downloadable toolkits, planners, self-coaching guides, and visual aids that help you manage your time, regulate energy levels, handle overwhelm, and build structure into your day.

We also offer straightforward how-to guides on assistive technology tools, emotional regulation techniques, and workplace self-advocacy.

Each resource is designed with cognitive accessibility in mind: clear layouts, flexible formats, visual options, and no unnecessary jargon. Whether you need support planning your week, managing transitions, or creating a sensory-friendly routine, our materials are there to offer support in your own time, at your own pace.

The library is updated regularly based on feedback and user need, and is included as part of our coworking subscriptions, mentoring packages, and workplace service bundles.
