Our Services
At Workplace Support Hub, we provide practical, inclusive support to help neurodivergent professionals thrive at work. Whether you're looking for focus strategies, executive functioning support, or inclusive development for your team, our services are grounded in real experience and professional expertise.
Workplace Coaching
Our one-to-one workplace coaching helps neurodivergent professionals build focus, manage workloads, and develop sustainable working habits. Sessions are practical, flexible, and tailored to real-world needs, helping you work in ways that work for you.
Assistive Technology Training
We provide tailored, practical training to help neurodivergent professionals integrate assistive technologies into their everyday working life. Whether it’s mind mapping tools, text-to-speech software, speech recognition programs, or organisation and time management apps, we focus on making technology work for your real needs — not just ticking boxes.
Our trainers are experienced in both the technology itself and the challenges of working in fast-paced, professional environments. We help you choose the right tools, set them up properly, and build them into your workflow in a way that supports focus, organisation and productivity over the long term.
Specialist Mentoring for ADHD and Autism
Our specialist mentoring offers practical, personalised support for autistic and ADHD professionals navigating the demands of modern workplaces. We understand that success at work isn't just about technical skills — it's about managing executive functioning, sustaining energy, communicating needs effectively, and finding ways to work that align with your natural strengths.
Mentoring sessions are tailored to each individual. We can support you with time management, task initiation, emotional regulation, workplace communication, sensory strategies, and building routines that fit how you actually think and work. Our mentors are not only highly qualified but also bring lived experience of neurodivergence, offering an approach that is empathetic, strengths-based and grounded in real-world understanding.
Whether you're newly diagnosed, starting a new role, or simply looking for better ways to manage your working life, our mentoring can offer insight, structure, and consistent support — always led by your goals, your needs, and your pace.
Mentoring is available through private funding or Access to Work, and can be short-term, long-term, or built into a wider support plan.
Body-doubling and Co-Working Space
Our live, online body doubling rooms offer a calm, structured space to get things done alongside others. Whether you’re answering emails, writing reports, or trying to start a task you’ve been avoiding, these sessions create gentle accountability without pressure.
Body doubling is particularly effective for people with ADHD and executive functioning challenges. Simply having others present — even virtually — can reduce task paralysis, make it easier to start, and help sustain attention. Many neurodivergent professionals find that coworking like this helps lower stress, ease procrastination, and bring structure to the workday in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
Sessions run throughout the working day and are available by subscription or through organisational access.
Resource Library and Digital Toolkits
All Workplace Support Hub subscribers and service users get access to our growing digital library — a collection of practical, neurodivergent-friendly resources designed to support focus, wellbeing, and executive functioning in the workplace.
The library includes downloadable toolkits, planners, self-coaching guides, and visual aids that help you manage your time, regulate energy levels, handle overwhelm, and build structure into your day. We also offer straightforward how-to guides on assistive technology tools, emotional regulation techniques, and workplace self-advocacy.
Each resource is designed with cognitive accessibility in mind: clear layouts, flexible formats, visual options, and no unnecessary jargon. Whether you need support planning your week, managing transitions, or creating a sensory-friendly routine, our materials are there to offer support in your own time, at your own pace.
The library is updated regularly based on feedback and user need, and is included as part of our coworking subscriptions, mentoring packages, and workplace service bundles.
