Access to Work: Get Funded Support for the Way You Work

Access to Work is a government scheme that can pay for practical support to help you manage your job more effectively if you’re neurodivergent or have a disability. It’s designed to fund the extra help you might need to work well and stay well. That includes things like workplace coaching, mentoring, assistive tech training, and more.

You don’t need to go through your employer to apply, and you don’t need a formal diagnosis.

We work regularly with Access to Work clients, and we understand how the system works. If you’re eligible, we can help you through the process, provide the right quotes, and deliver the support in a way that fits your working life.

Inclusive workplace support

How it Works: Step-by-Step:

1. Apply online
You fill in a short form at gov.uk/access-to-work. It only takes around 10 minutes and asks for basic details about your job and the support you might need.

2. Speak to an assessor
You’ll have a phone appointment with someone from Access to Work. They’ll ask about your work, any barriers you’re facing, and what kinds of support would help. You can ask for specific types of support at this stage.

3. Choose your provider
You don’t have to use a provider they suggest. You’re allowed to choose someone you trust. That’s where we come in. You can name us on your application, or contact us after your assessment.

4. We provide a quote
We’ll talk through your needs and suggest a support package that works for you. We’ll write a clear, Access to Work–ready quote, including the type of support and how it will help.

5. Start your support
Once your support is approved, you can get started. We arrange the sessions with you and manage the admin and reporting if required.

Support We Can Offer Through Access to Work:

Why Work With Us?

We’re a neurodivergent-led service with a strong understanding of both professional environments and practical needs. Our team is highly qualified in coaching, assistive tech, and inclusive workplace support, and we’ve worked with many Access to Work clients.

We understand how to design support that makes a real difference and present it in a way that Access to Work assessors recognise and approve.

Many of our clients begin without knowing what they’re entitled to or how to ask for it. That’s completely normal.

If you’ve already been approved, we can provide a quote quickly and start your sessions without delay.

If you’re just getting started, we’re happy to talk it through with you, step by step.
